At Helping Hands Residential Assisted Living, your feedback on the quality of our supports and services is important to us as it helps us to improve.

What happens when we receive your feedback?
We will acknowledge your feedback by either email or phone as soon as possible. We may contact you to gather additional information. We aim to complete a review of your feedback within 10 business days. If you are still unhappy with the outcome you can lodge a complaint to external agencies.
